UNDERTAKING BY GANN COURSE STUDENT
- I am the participant of the ART OF TRADING - GANN COURSE conducted by Mr.
Shyamal Sinha and I fully understand and acknowledge that the techniques taught by Mr. Shyamal
Sinha are proprietary to him and that he holds the copyright to these techniques.
- I am also aware that Mr. Shaymal Sinha is not a SEBI registered advisor / analyst / broker and also
know that course fees are non-refundable once I have attended the course fully or partially.
- I hereby affirm that I will not disclose, share, or communicate these techniques to anyone, whether
for commercial or any other purpose, without the explicit written consent of Mr. Shyamal Sinha.
- I further affirm that I will not use these techniques for any unauthorized purposes without the
express permission of Mr. Shyamal Sinha.
- I further acknowledge that I am aware of the high risks associated while trading in stock markets,
currency or commodity markets, F&O or options and I agree that all trading decisions that made by
me shall have been by means of my sole determination and not by means of the assistance of Mr.
Shyamal Sinha.
- I further acknowledge that joining Art of trading course is solely my voluntary decision and I agree to
own all risk involved in trading/investment.
- I further acknowledge that Mr. Shyamal Sinha or any of his associates shall not be held responsible
or liable for any loss, damage, or consequences that may arise from the application or use of these
techniques by me or any third party.
- I acknowledge that any breach of this agreement may result in legal consequences, including but
not limited to civil liability and damages.
- I hereby declare that the information provided in this undertaking is true and correct to the best of
my knowledge and belief.
